Decent stay, but the room was a bit shabby with a noisy breakfast area. The shower pressure was great, and I really appreciated the tea and coffee facilities.

Loved relaxing in the cozy lounge while sipping on some great coffee and then hitting the game room for a fierce round of foosball with friends! The pool and spa were perfect spots to unwind after a long day exploring. The shower could’ve used a little upgrade, but it wasn't a dealbreaker at all. 😊

We enjoyed a lovely stay close to King's Cross. The location made it easy for our daily adventures. The staff provided warm service, enhancing our experience despite the cramped quarters. A bit more space would have made it perfect for our family getaway.

the location is great for walking to the main train station. room was clean and had all the basics. staff were super polite and helpful. breakfast was nice, especially the eggs n toast. felt comfy and safe during my stay.
the single room felt a bit cramped and the bed was kinda hard. also, the noise from the hallway was annoying at times.

The location is pretty decent, just a short walk from the main station. One morning, I noticed the breakfast spread has some fresh fruit and warm coffee, even though the coffee was pretty weak. The staff was friendly enough, made checking in smooth and simple, just like I like it.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still bearable for a night away.

I loved the cozy rooms that felt like a welcoming hug after a long day of exploring! The location was a dream, just a short walk from King's Cross station, making it super easy to hop anywhere in the city. Plus, the staff were absolute gems, always ready to share a smile and offer helpful tips.
100% recommend ❤️😍

Prime location near King's Cross station, making travel super easy. Compact common areas offer a quintessentially quaint feel, which adds character to the place.
The rooms are cramped, especially if you're traveling with a family—fitting five people in a small basement room can feel a bit like a squeeze. The bathrooms didn't impress. black spots and a somewhat questionable cleanliness raised concern. No lift means lugging bags up narrow stairs, which isn’t ideal after a long journey. the insufficient soundproofing let in quite a lot of noise from above and the street, which might disrupt light sleepers. Plus, the fan provided for cooling struggled to do its job, making things uncomfortable during warmer days.

The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from King's Cross and St Pancras Stations. Although the room was quite small and basic, it was clean and had essential amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant despite the limited breakfast options.

Close proximity to Kings Cross Station offers easy access for travelers. The staff demonstrated professionalism and were quite friendly. the room cleanliness was disappointing, particularly the bathroom, which had mold spots. The security of the room felt inadequate as the window did not seem sturdy. Major improvements are needed to enhance comfort and safety.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the British Museum and nearby markets. Great location near transport, and overall a good value for our group. Just remember that the rooms are tiny, so pack light for convenience.
The room we got was super small and felt cramped with no fresh air. The bathroom was tight too, making it uncomfortable at times.

Location is a lifesaver
We stayed for 3 nights in a quadruple room. The location was super handy, close to transport. But the room was kinda shabby, stains on sheets and a broken light, which wasn’t cool. The front desk staff were friendly tho, and the breakfast was decent! Just wish the room would’ve been cleaner.

The location was perfect, just minutes from King's Cross! My triple room was clean and cozy. Only downside was the cramped size of the bathroom. 😊

The location was absolutely prime, a quick walk to the station, made it all much easier. Plus, the staff was really friendly, if you asked nicely they would help with directions and even made us a decent breakfast, nothing fancy but it hit the spot.
It wasn't exactly a bargain basements rates, but still acceptable.

Had a great time with friends visiting the British Museum and checking out Covent Garden. The hotel's location was perfect for our activities, making it easy to explore. Just a heads up, the stairs can be narrow, so pack light if you can.
One downside was the lack of luggage storage after check-out. they charged us a fee for that, which surprised us.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
